Ritwika Gupta

With over 14 years of experience in media, Ritwika Gupta is a business television anchor, having interviewed entrepreneurs, Fortune 500 CEOs, policymakers, investors, cultural icons and celebrities. She is currently News Editor & Anchor at Times Network and the face and editorial lead of Leaders of Tomorrow on ET Now, India’s longest-running platform dedicated to entrepreneurship. In this role, she leads editorial strategy across television, digital and on-ground events. From startups and technology to financial services, healthcare, retail, real estate, FMCG, infrastructure, advertising, luxury and lifestyle, Ritwika’s work spans the key sectors shaping India’s evolving economy.

Known for asking thoughtful, research-driven questions, Ritwika brings editorial depth and conversational ease to complex business stories. She holds a Business (Honours) degree from the University of London and a postgraduate qualification in Mass Communications. Raised in Singapore and now based in Mumbai, she began her career in corporate communications and marketing with Marina Bay Sands and Singapore Press Holdings, before moving into media.

Her creative roots run deeper still. A brief stint in acting, along with theatre and dance, continues to inform her ease on camera, instinct for storytelling and ability to connect with an audience.
